Arizona ASC
Arise is completing an acquisition of this Ambulatory Surgery
Center in the Sedona market. This ASC includes a joint venture
with a large Orthopedic physician group practice.
Cedar Park Surgery Center
Arise Healthcare will own and manage this physician partnered de
novo Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Cedar Park, Texas.
Cedar Park Surgery Center will be a four operating room
Ambulatory Surgery Center serving the local community of Cedar
Park. The Cedar Park city council recently voted to amend the
zoning status to allow Ambulatory Surgery Centers to be zoned as
